Autumn SpiceTea Blend supports the seasonal change from late Summer into Autumn and the corresponding metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Organic Ingredients: Tulsi, Mullein, Rosehips, Cranberry, Orange Peel, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Honey + Ginger crystals

Flavor: warm, rich, savory, sweet, tart, light spice

Directions for use: Measure 1 TBSP for every 8 ounces of water. Boil water. Pour over 1 TBSP of tea blend. Let steep for 10-20 minutes (atleast 15 minutes for full medicinal benefits). Strain. Add additional honey if you prefer a sweeter tea. Enjoy!
