As a birth and postpartum doula, herbalist, and massage therapist, I offer deeply restorative care through every stage of motherhood - fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

My work weaves together clinically formulated herbal remedies, therapeutic bodywork, and intuitive, compassionate support to nurture your body, calm your nervous system, and honor the natural rhythms of your healing. I provide mobile birth and postpartum doula care directly to families throughout the mid-Willamette Valley.
